project description

Foodtrip is a platform of gastronomic experiences that aims to connect their users to the cuisine and culture of a specific region through exclusive travel packages. In 2019, the service was already being offered through Android and iOS apps, and the company was looking for a new experience for the Website, both for exploring, buying and managing the travels. The project had two main steps. The first one was based on research and usability testing. By using the existing apps at the time, I moderated tests and interviews with final users, generating insights and opportunities for improvements that could establish priorities for the website. Afterwards, the second step was primarily based on the process of creating the website screens, analysing them with unmoderated tests and following the implementation with the development team.

main results

After launching, the website provided for the company an increse on the conversions (travel package acquisitions), and allowed Foodtrip to offer a more diverse, complete digital experience for their travelers.
